Everything is in plain language. By booking and paying, you agree to these terms — they protect both you and the consultant.
Emmanuel Kekeli Serwonu ("the Consultant") provides professional consultation services in creative direction, digital media, production, technology advisory and related fields, as selected by the client during booking. All sessions are advisory in nature — the Consultant guides, plans and recommends; implementation decisions and execution remain the client's responsibility.
A binding agreement is formed when the client completes payment and the booking is confirmed with a Paystack reference number. The client confirms they are 18 years or older and legally capable of entering into this agreement.
For quality assurance, accurate record-keeping, note preparation and the legal protection of both parties, sessions may be audio or video recorded. By booking, the client consents to such recording. Recordings are stored securely and are never published or sold.
All materials produced or shared during sessions — documents, frameworks, plans, designs, recordings and notes — remain the intellectual property of the Consultant, licensed to the client for personal, non-commercial use unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through good-faith negotiation, then mediation in Accra, before resort to the courts of Ghana. Both parties agree to this escalation path.
A booking is only confirmed when payment is successfully completed via Paystack and a reference number is issued. Unpaid or interrupted checkouts do not reserve a slot.
Sessions end at the scheduled time regardless of when the client joins. Time lost to a late arrival is not made up and does not entitle the client to any refund or discount.
If the client fails to attend within 20 minutes of the scheduled start time without prior notice, the session is forfeited and no refund or credit applies.
If the Consultant cannot attend due to illness, emergency or force majeure, the client will be offered a free reschedule or a full refund of the affected session — the client's choice.
All payments are non-refundable once a booking is confirmed. This policy exists because each slot is reserved exclusively for you and cannot be re-sold on short notice.
By paying, the client agrees not to initiate chargebacks or payment reversals for sessions delivered, sessions missed by the client, or cancellations covered by this policy. Disputes must follow the dispute path in the Terms of Service. Good-faith disputes are always taken seriously — simply message on WhatsApp first.

Consultations provide professional guidance and recommendations. The Consultant does not guarantee specific business results, income, growth figures, regulatory approvals or third-party outcomes. The client implements advice at their own risk and judgment.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Consultant's total liability for any claim arising from a session shall not exceed the fees actually paid for that session. The Consultant is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses — including lost profits, lost data, business interruption or decisions made based on the consultation.
Recommendations involving third-party vendors, platforms or service providers (hosting, apps, equipment, advertising platforms) are provided in good faith; the Consultant is not liable for the acts, pricing or failures of third parties.
Neither party is liable for failure caused by events beyond reasonable control — power outages, internet failures, natural events, civil disturbance or platform outages. Affected sessions are rescheduled without penalty.
Only the details you enter during booking: name, email, phone number, session preferences and payment confirmation. Payment details are handled entirely by Paystack — card and mobile money details never pass through or get stored on this website.
Your data is never sold, rented or shared with marketers. Session recordings are never published publicly.
You may request a copy or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing info@ktmaonline.com, subject to records we must retain for legal and tax purposes.
